Perfect Virus

neil

In the summer of 2000 Neil spotted someone at his workplace wearing a Machine Head t-shirt. They got to talking and it transpired that this guy was learning guitar and was interested in being in a band. This was to lead to the rebirth of Perfect Virus into a 'proper' band. For a long time the duo learned the songs and jammed but lack of a bassist and drummer prevented them from playing live. After much searching Dave managed to recruit Laura Caseberry who was a guitarist willing to play bass. Practice sessions would often deteriorate into karaoke sessions but eventually a date was set for the first ever gig. PV still had no drummer so the percussion was going to be provided by a backing CD.

PV played their debut gig at the infamous Hev'n Hell in Liverpool on 30th June 2004. It wasn't the greatest of gig but it did start something special. PV had been bitten by the bug and wanted to play live as much as possible.
